NAO expands seed financing to 4.5 million euros

‍Berlin, March 18, 2025 - The WealthTech NAO (www.investnao.com/) secures its Seed financing round additional capital of over one million euros. This brings the total seed financing to 4.5 million euros. Serial founder Jens Hilgers, Founding General Partner BITKRAFT Ventures, among others, is involved in the second round. At the same time, the Berlin-based FinTech is expanding its advisory board with Karl Alomar from the renowned US VC M13 as a new member, an internationally recognized strategist and investor.

Strong investor interest confirms NAO's vision

The participation of further investors strengthens NAO on its way to becoming the leading platform for private and alternative investments in Europe. With its innovative co-investment platform, NAO enables investments in alternative asset classes starting at 1,000 euros. With just three clicks, WealthTech makes investments available that are otherwise only reserved for very wealthy and institutional investors.

Successful start and expansion

The Berlin-based company, which specializes in private and alternative market investments, has been active on the German market since mid-2023 and in Austria since August 2024. Several thousand customers now use the NAO investment app and invest an average of around 10,000 euros. For 2025, the focus is on further expansion and growth in existing markets.

Users can invest in six different asset classes from renowned banks and asset managers such as Moonfare, UniCredit, BNP Paribas, UBS and Partners Group. As early as 2024, NAO expanded its offering to include B2B solutions for venture capital investments in cooperation with Chartered Investment.
