I am responsible for Product & Tech and lead our team of developers and designers. We work closely with everyone to balance innovation and regulation in a highly regulated environment — every day. The best thing about it is the people and how we achieve our mission together. We shape the financial landscape for private investors, make private markets accessible and always find solutions to keep innovating. My highlight: We've positioned NAO as a leading broker for alternative investments and made a complex, dry topic cool.

I am responsible for marketing — from brand to performance to CRM. My job is to build the bridge between our vision and our audience. And ensure that every touchpoint reflects the trust that NAO stands for. What drives me is to be the driving force behind the democratization of private markets and to work with a team that is incredibly motivated, creative and energetic. Recently, a user told me, “I never thought I could invest in private equity.” That's exactly what we're here for. And when ideas come alive — as at our event in Berlin — then you know that it works.

I support our CEO strategically and operationally, handle legal issues — contracts, compliance, partner onboarding — and drive our fundraising forward. I help shape how we tell the NAO story internally and externally. Building something from the ground up that defines a new category and seeing real people use it is priceless. Working on a mission that really changes how people invest, not just repeats old concepts. Every time a new investor believes in our mission and supports us, it's an incredible feeling. Private markets are finally becoming mainstream — and NAO is helping to shape how this new category grows.

My goal is to make NAO grow every day. So that more and more people have the opportunity to invest like millionaires. What I love? Like everyone at NAO, we are passionate about our mission that investment quality should no longer depend on financial background. Winning the FinTech Germany Award twice in a row and receiving the 2025 trophy from Berlin Mayor Kai Wegner — that was surreal. Just like every NAO community event across Europe. It's simply great to see the community live.

Operations at NAO means optimizing automation, managing operational issues — payments, trading, customer data — and onboarding new asset managers. My focus is on making processes faster and more efficient. I love working closely with clever colleagues in a small team on a solution that will change the financial world in the long term. Highlights? Our last team event was legendary. And seeing how satisfied our customers are with our service — that's the best proof that we're on the right track.

As a Customer Success Specialist, I work in the best interests of our customers to provide them with the best possible service and product experience. I studied dual business psychology, worked in parallel as a key account manager and then helped build up the Client Success Department at Scalable for several years. At NAO, I can really make a difference — create real impact every day. And the team is great. The launch of our VC product was a highlight: It was simply great to see how we give our clients access to a completely new asset class.

Marketing content, education, social media, email, website — and events and campaigns. I enjoy diversity the most. No day is the same. Our strong team, our shared vision, real impact — we're changing the financial world. And I'm proud to help create the biggest app for private markets. It's great to advance our mission not only on the app but also off the monitor and to really see how far we've come with NAO. My highlights are definitely our events with real community exchange. The positive responses from our users. The FTGA Awards. And to see familiar and new faces at trade fairs.

I lead the Tech Team and drive technological decisions across the entire platform. At the same time, I work with the team on new features across the entire stack – from backend APIs to the user experience – and ensure that our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and ready for further growth. What I appreciate most about NAO is its mission: to make alternative investments accessible to private investors. On top of that, there's the pace of a startup – decisions are made quickly, ideas are implemented immediately, and you see your own impact right away. My personal highlight was evolving from a developer in the early stages to the role of Tech Lead – and experiencing how complex ideas turn into real, live product features.

I mainly work in design. Campaigns, creative assets, brand development — I help you visually develop NAO. The creative space here is unbelievable. I can contribute my own ideas, implement them directly — and at the same time learn a lot about marketing, design and the financial world. The team events are always a highlight. But the coolest part was helping to develop our brand identity. And to see how ideas become real products during launches.

I take care of our customer relationships — from regular calls to monitoring our bonus programs. I also plan and organize events for customers and partners. What I love? My colleagues, team spirit and our great team events. Above all, I'm proud to be part of Nao's mission. My highlight: The launch of Venture Capital! When I joined NAO, I never thought that we could invest in VC starting at €1. Wow!

I am responsible for Sales & Relationship Management at NAO and build strong relationships with our customers and partners. The dynamic work environment and the opportunity to actively shape NAO right from the start — that was exactly what I wanted. The openness and positivity of our customers motivates me every day. My conviction: Don't start sometime — start now.

I am the primary point of contact for our customers – via email, app, and phone. I help make products and investments understandable, coordinate with partners like Baader Bank and IDnow, and handle operational topics such as orders, settlements, and regulatory communication. Being part of a small team building something new – at the intersection of finance, tech, and startups – is exactly what drives me. Being able to improve things really quickly here when you have a good idea makes all the difference. Experiencing the launch of new investment products and seeing how quickly NAO has grown are my highlights. And of course, the challenging customer cases that ultimately get resolved.

As a Front-End Developer, I primarily work on the NAO app with React Native – from implementing new features to improving existing functionalities. I collaborate closely with the design and backend teams to ensure a seamless user experience. The team is incredibly supportive, ideas are heard, and good work is valued. The openness to learn from each other and find solutions together makes all the difference. My highlight: shipping features that truly resonate with our users and make the app better.

I support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and ongoing projects — especially in content and event planning. As a working student, I gain insights into a wide variety of marketing topics and work on new tasks every day. It's precisely this versatility that makes NAO so special for me: No two days are the same, and I'm constantly learning. A highlight for me is experiencing launches and being part of the process when ideas turn into real products.
