Ludwig Fresenius Pioneer Ventures venture capital portfolio can be invested via NAO — in cooperation with Charted Investment‍

Berlin, September 17, 2024 — The Berlin-based investment fintech NAO (https://www.investnao.com) cooperates with Chartered Investment and Ludwig Fresenius Pioneer Ventures AG, which is part of the direct start-up ecosystem of the renowned Fresenius universities and the Pioneer Lab incubator. Members of the investor network, the “Pioneer Club”, including numerous alumni from Fresenius universities, can therefore invest exclusively in the venture capital portfolio of Pioneer Ventures via the NAO app and support start-ups through easier access to capital. For NAO, this strategic partnership is the first cooperation in the B2B sector.

Baader Bank acts as a payment and depositary of the financial instrument, which reflects the performance of Pioneer Ventures' VC portfolio.‍

Further B2B collaborations planned with Chartered Investment‍

In this constellation, Düsseldorf-based Chartered Investment acts as a structurer for the certificate issued by the issuer Opus (Private Markets) Chartered Issuances S.A. (with ISIN DE000A4AFJ38). “Chartered Investment has a high level of expertise, which they bring to the partnership and the project.
