Berlin, November 11, 2025 — Twelvebytwelve GmbH (twelve x twelve), Germany's leading platform for financing music rights, together with Berlin-based WealthTech NAO, is opening access to direct music cash flow investments for private investors for the first time. From now on, private investors of 1,000 euros or more can invest in the “Future of Music Bond 2025-1” (series 2, ISIN: DE000CHA0CF2) with an annual interest rate of 7.5% and a term of 5 years — an investment that was previously reserved for investors with minimum investment amounts of 100,000 euros or more.

Institutional asset class becomes available to private investors

The bond with an issue volume of up to 8 million euros (public offer under the “8 million exception” in accordance with Section 3 No. 2 WpPG and Art. 3 para. 2 lit. b Prospectus Ordinance) offers private investors the same access and conditions as institutional investors. The bond can be subscribed via NAO, the first mobile broker for private and alternative investments. The subscription period is March 6, 2026.

The bond is secured by a portfolio of music cash flows, which includes both publishing rights and recording rights. Cash flows are collected from existing publishing and recording contracts via the collecting company GEMA and digital distribution partners.

The track record of twelve x twelve underlines the company's strong market position: The entire portfolio already structured by twelve x twelve includes publishing and recording rights from various genres with over 10.2 billion streams and more than 720 top 10 chart placements. The underlying cash flows come from rights to songs by Leony, Vize, Tokyo Hotel, Tom Gregory, Destiny's Child, Montez, KIKA TV, Traumschiff and Anna und die wilde Tiere, among others.
